Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they are not shipped.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

Original packaging must be intact
Proof of damage (photo/video) is required
Non-Returnable Items:
Opened or used products
Products with broken seals
Items returned due to taste preference or personal reasons
Free or promotional items
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after approval.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
