1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

2.  Delivery Timeline

Standard Delivery  (India): 3–7 business days

Express Delivery  (India): 1–3 business days (if available)

Delivery time may vary based on location, courier partner, and unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free shipping may be available for selected offers or minimum order values.

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS / Email.

Customers can track their orders using the courier partner’s tracking link.

5. Delivery Issues

Delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or remote locations are beyond our control.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.
